TCN's Annual School Supply Giveaway Days
Each year, TCN spends the summer months collecting school supplies and donations for the children in our communities. In past years we have been able to provide supplies to over 300 children. These supplies prepare the students for a successful year and support the teachers in the classrooms. Once supplies are collected TCN hosts distribution events to get supplies into the hands of the students who need them. This year’s distribution events will be a celebration of students and teachers. We will be providing pizza, beverages, ice cream, and fun entertainment. Some locations may also offer back to school haircuts based upon the availability of our volunteers.

TCN will be hosting 5 Distribution events this year. All events will begin at 4pm and be open until 6pm or until we run out of supplies. We will need volunteers before, during, and after each event. TCN Announces Opening of See U Now (SUN) Clinic in Bellefontaine
TCN clients can now access SUN Clinics on Tuesdays from 1pm to 4pm and Fridays from 10am to 1pm.
Bellefontaine, Ohio – January 9, 2024 - TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc. announces the opening of its second See U Now (or “SUN”) Clinic on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. The clinic, located physically in the Bellefontaine office at 118 Maple Avenue will be open weekly on Tuesdays from 1pm to 4pm and can see clients both in person and via telehealth.
TCN’s first SUN Clinic opened on January 6, 2023 in TCN’s Xenia office, and through the end of November 2023 has provided 391 services to 236 clients both in person and via telehealth. The SUN Clinic is intended to serve clients without a prior appointment as their need arises. A Clinic Coordinator works with the client to choose the services they wish to receive from a multi-disciplinary team of providers including nursing, psych, MAT, primary care, substance use and mental health counseling and case management. The Clinic accepts all payment options including Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay. As with all TCN services, local board funding is available for clients who qualify.

TCN Behavioral Health Announces Ribbon Cutting Celebration at New Headquarters

Fairborn, Ohio - October 4, 2021 - TCN Behavioral Health Services, Inc. relocated from 600 East Dayton Yellow Springs Road to 1825 Commerce Center Boulevard. The same clinically excellent and accessible services are provided in addition to expansions made available by the additional space. Since relocating services have expanded to Medicated Assisted Treatment, Primary Care, Youth Services, and Pharmacy. In addition to direct service expansion, TCN has become a provider of the 988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline system. As a part of the 988, TCN expects to connect 3000+ individuals to local essential services annually. The administrative functions of TCN are also centralized at the new headquarters.
TCN welcomes our neighbors, the community, our partners, and stakeholders to join us in this celebration. Refreshments will be provided. We will have an informational booth about TCN set up so you can learn more about the agency and our annual initiatives such as the School Supply Drive, Coat Drive, and Angel Trees. TCN Joins National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
TCN is proud to announce that we are now part of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, a United States-based suicide prevention network of over 160 crisis centers providing 24/7 service via a toll-free hotline with the number 1-800-273-8255. It is available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
Currently we are providing this coverage M-F between 8 am – 4:30 pm in Logan, Champaign and Greene Counties. We hope to expand our coverage to include Clark and Madison counties as well as move towards 24/7 coverage by July of 2022.
TCN’s initial involvement in the Lifeline came through the Zero Suicide Initiative, which is a grant-funded project. If you are interested in joining our dedicated staff working the Lifeline, watch for upcoming posts regarding open positions.
Walk-In Clinic Changes
TCN Walk-In Clinics (WICs) will have the following changes due to current caseloads and staffing changes.
TCN Walk-In Clinics (in-person and our Virtual WIC) will serve new clients who are residents of Greene, Clark, Madison, Montgomery, Miami, Logan and Champaign counties.
If you live outside of these 7 counties, we want to help connect you with the Mental Health and Addiction Services board in your county of residence, which can refer you to the behavioral health services provider in your area. Statement About Private Insurance
Due to capacity issues, TCN is unable to accept new patients with private insurance at this time, with one exception: TCN may be able to accept new patients with private insurance who are seeking only psychiatric services based upon a screening.
