Each year, TCN spends the summer months collecting school supplies and donations for the children in our communities. In past years we have been able to provide supplies to over 300 children. These supplies prepare the students for a successful year and support the teachers in the classrooms. Once supplies are collected TCN hosts distribution events to get supplies into the hands of the students who need them. This year’s distribution events will be a celebration of students and teachers. We will be providing pizza, beverages, ice cream, and fun entertainment. Some locations may also offer back to school haircuts based upon the availability of our volunteers.
We need your help! TCN could not do this without the support of our donors and volunteers. Please consider supporting the 2023 TCN Annual School Supply Drive. Below are details on different ways you can be a part of this life-changing initiative.
DONATIONS
TCN accepts donations of school supplies at all locations. You can also shop our Amazon Wishlist to have supplies shipped directly to our team for preparation and distribution. TCN is also looking for donors to make our distribution events successful. We are looking to partner with local restaurants, grocery stores, and businesses for pizza, beverages, ice cream, and bounce houses. VOLUNTEER
TCN will be hosting 5 Distribution events this year. All events will begin at 4pm and be open until 6pm or until we run out of supplies. We will need volunteers before, during, and after each event. In addition to event volunteers, TCN is also seeking individuals who are licensed and willing to provide back to school haircuts to kids during our distribution events.
